The experimental design used was a randomized block design in subdivided plots with four repetitions. The P2O5 was applied in the plots and the inoculant was applied in the subplots.
Under conditions of high colonization of plants by native AMF species and the availability of phosphorus in the soil, there was no immediate effect of inoculation on the efficiency of phosphate fertilization.
